2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but colors and details may vary from what appears on your screen.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order is confirmed upon dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. MyGlod is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@myglod.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Warranty
All lighting fixtures come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear, or modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of MyGlod and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
MyGlod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
